Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Angular Software Engineer to join our team and work on exciting projects for a large UAE bank. This is a full-time onsite role requiring you to work from our Chennai Offshore Development Center (ODC).

Education:

• Postgraduate degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years coding experience in Angular JS, HTML, and JSS for high-performance Enterprise Applications on Mobile and Web
• Developing reusable and testable modules and components
• Creating custom modules extending core AngularJS functionality
• Architecting and automating build processes for production
• Experience in Banking or Retail domains is mandatory

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS with documented code
• Coordination between designers, coders, and stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of CSS and JS for visual performance
• Understanding of platform responsibilities, including APIs and caching layers
• Writing non-blocking code and applying multi-threading when necessary
• Documenting code using JSDoc
• Experience with front-end operations and custom wrappers
• Familiarity with Node.js, Angular Material, and Bootstrap
• Knowledge of libraries like Devolte and store management

Functional Skills:

• Adherence to coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Ensuring quality of technical architecture and design
• Researching and benchmarking technologies

Soft Skills:

• Ability to influence teams on technical decisions to enhance productivity
• Self-motivated, able to drive initiatives independently while collaborating across teams
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with Senior and Executive management

Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 30 days notice period will be preferred.
