The U.S. Consumer and Digital Technology (USCDT) team brings together foundational strategic technology capabilities in digital experience engineering (Mobile and Web), AI/ML, marketing technology, enterprise communications, travel and lifestyle, and automation, grounded in our data technology model that prioritizes data governance. It employs a ground-breaking focus with development responsibilities for customer-facing capabilities that deepen and expand digital engagement, as well as core technical capabilities that cut across business lines and customer segments.

The One Market team develops the company's internal platform for enterprise-grade web crawling and technical SEO.  This tool empowers teams across the organization to gain insights into website performance while enforcing SEO best practices and change management for search optimization strategies.

 

  • Perform technical aspects of software development
  • Function as a leader on a software engineering team by contributing to software builds through consistent development practices (tools, common components, and documentation)
  • Lead code reviews and automated testing
  • Debug software components and identify code defects for remediation
  • Leads the deployment, support, and monitoring of software across test, integration, and production environments. • Automate deployments in test or production environments
  • Automatically scale applications based on demand projections
  • Adhere to security and regulatory best practices

Qualifications

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related experience required
  • 5+ years of software development experience in a professional environment.
  • Proven experience leading teams of engineers
  • Hands-on expertise with application design, software development and deployment of critical full stack applications
  • Experience with distributed systems, algorithms, and databases
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues across distributed systems
  • Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and documenting technical solutions clearly.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Deep experience with JavaScript and TypeScript using modern frameworks like React, Nest.js, and Node.js
  • Proficiency in designing and consuming GraphQL APIs
  • Proficiency in technical SEO concepts and tools, such as structured data (e.g. JSON-LD, Schema.org), XML sitemaps, robots.txt, HTML meta tags, Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.
  • Experience integrating and analyzing search analytics data from both Google and Bing, utilizing tools like Google Search Console API and Bing Web Search API.
  • Strong understanding of internal linking strategies and their impact on SEO, including the ability to implement best practices for site structure and navigation.
  • Experience managing site crawling strategies to balance discoverability and resource efficiency
  • Skilled in designing and maintaining micro-frontend systems
  • Expertise in Domain-Driven Design
  • Proficiency with Command Query Responsibility Segregation (CQRS)
  • Practical experience in working with MongoDB, including schema design, indexing strategies, and performance tuning

Minimum Qualifications

 

Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
