Senior Front-End Engineer REACT Solutions Engineer IV

“I can succeed as a Senior Front-End Engineer at Capital Group.”

As a Senior Front-End Engineer, you’ll collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and back-end engineers to validate requirements, plan developer stories, and design APIs. Your responsibilities include implementing reusable components, developing test plans, ensuring code quality, and optimizing our applications. You’ll also contribute to documentation, participate in lifecycle activities, mentor other developers, and occasionally evaluate new technologies and vendors.

As part of the Digital Investor Platform team, you will play a key role in fostering mastery within our front-end engineering practice.  Through collaboration with UX designers, product owners, architects, and other engineering teams, you will also be instrumental in applying this mastery as we rebuild our site and add new features that will help the millions of investors we serve.  And through practice and application, you will have the opportunity to work on fun, interesting, and important problems that will contribute to your growth and development as an engineer.  You will be successful in this role if you possess the necessary technical skills, are outgoing in identifying and building relationships with key stakeholders and are inquisitive and driven to solve problems in a collaborative fashion.
