We are a pioneering network of online marketplaces and a leading European digital company that simplifies people's lives with forward-looking products.

This job refers to our Automotive brands Autoscout24, Motoscout24 and CAR FOR YOU. We are on a journey to simplify our products and strengthen our technology stack through a large-scale rewrite. We’re building on a modern web stack with Next.js/React/Typescript, following best practices and striving to build/measure/learn at a high cadence. Here’s your chance to join a lovely frontend team that collaborates with designers, product managers, researchers, QA and engineers from other fields.

What you will be doing:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship valuable product increments

• Make a positive impact towards a healthy and maintainable platform every day

• Write and style modular components and dive into Node.js code alike

• Review Typescript code and give valuable feedback to your peers

• Ensure we deliver quality code and follow industry best practice

• Improve our codebase and processes by sharing your ideas and beliefs

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• Experience working on large React applications

• Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS and the DOM

• Fluency in Typescript and Javascript

• Solid with testing frontend code

• Fluent in English for both written and spoken communication

• Eagerness to learn and understand the business vision, strategy and its priorities

This is nice to have:

• Experience with React component libraries (we base on Chakra UI) 

• Worked with Typescript and Next.js before

• Worked in a DevOps environment before
