CUSTOMER

Our customer is a growing US company that provides detailed information on retailers and E-commerce companies. It presents highly detailed data and information needed to target e-commerce companies and connect with key representatives. 

The customers of this product are DHL, UPS, ePost Global, YOTTAA, and many other famous companies. 

PROJECT

We are developing an E-commerce platform for a US customer. Through the platform, users are able to easily obtain E-commerce leads, including the information they need to connect with prospects and close new business deals. This project makes it possible for users to get the email addresses and phone numbers of key online retail executives, identify the technologies used by various companies, and get real-time account alerts. 

Within the project, you will also have the opportunity to work with DevOps and Front-end technologies. It is also a great opportunity to gain working experience with the American market and business.

Job Description

•  Сode, debug, document, and maintain portions of software 
• Perform unit and integration testing 
• Participate in peer code and design reviews 
• Participate in estimation and planning sessions 
• Work closely with the Product team to deliver quality features in high-quality code and best practices 
• Contribute to the development of technical project documentation and user documentation 
• Comply with the best engineering practices, technical standards, and quality criteria set forth on the project 
• Spot current deficiencies in the development process, adopted procedures and engineering practices, environment configurations, etc., and suggest improvements 
• Drive major architectural changes as we scale to improve our engineering velocity 
• Take ownership, drive results, teach others, and take pride in your work, and the work of the team 
• Ability to work at least 5 US hours Eastern time 

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of professional software development experience 
• Proficiency with Node.js (serverless) 
• Good experience with React 
• Good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript 
• Hands-on experience with MySQL 
• Experience with DevOps and AWS  (AWS Lambda is a must) 
• Knowledge of the front-end part 
• Previous experience working in the Agile Framework (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
