Job Summary 

As a Senior ReactJS (13897), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.  

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and maintain internal and customer-facing platforms using Next.js and Contentful.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability of front-end applications.
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Optimize front-end applications for speed, accessibility, and SEO.
• Implement unit and integration testing to ensure application reliability.

Qualifications and Skills 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. 
• Extensive experience in software development with a focus on designing and building scalable applications. 
• Professional/ Advanced English skills.
• 4+ years of experience designing and developing front-end applications and components
• 2+ years of software engineering experience in modern Open Source frameworks and libraries
• 2+ years experience with ReactJS specifically Next.js
• 1+ years experience using SSG & SSR with a CDN (Experience with HarperDB is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, JS frameworks (JQuery, Bootstrap)
• Srong knowledge of TypeScript
• Strong knowledge of CMS and CMS Integrations (Contentful)
• Experience with writing both component integration tests as well as end-to-end acceptance tests
• Experience with building applications with REST API services
• Experience with modern version control systems, principles, and tools (GitHub)
• Experience working within an Agile development team
• Experience with Headless eCommerce is a plus (Elasticpath)
• Experience with GraphQL is a plus
