We invite an experienced Software Engineer with strong frontend skills in React.js and TypeScript to join and drive our Health Product team. You’ll leverage your expertise to help build innovative applications tailored for Point of Sale (POS) systems, with a focus on (but not limited to) Ingenico products. Our client is an independent consulting company specializing in digital payment and digital health that provides end-to-end consulting services and innovative solutions to clients worldwide.

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with React.js
• Proficiency in React.js full-stack frameworks (Next.js, Remix)
• Strong TypeScript skills and their effective application in frontend and backend development
• Familiarity with the React.js ecosystem and ability to assess its components’ strengths and long-term relevance
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level
• Ability to set technical direction and shape frontend architecture vision
• Ability to align technical solutions with broader business goals and long-term vision
• Experience leading complex projects and mentoring other engineers
• Strong teamwork and stakeholder collaboration skills

Desirable:

• Experience with TypeScript on the server side
• Experience using modern paradigms like React Server components
• POS industry experience
• Willingness to work remotely and occasionally travel for team meetings

?Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll lead the frontend part of our development, helping us create great user experiences. You’ll work with different teams, mentor others, and drive exciting projects that make a real and meaningful impact in the healthcare sector.

• Provide strategic technical leadership to the team, driving key decisions on frontend architecture and setting the tech direction
• Work with engineering, product, and design teams to coordinate large-scale projects
• Mentor and guide engineers on frontend technologies and design systems
• Lead the resolution of complex technical issues affecting multiple teams
• Lead code reviews to ensure high code quality, alignment with standards, and consistency in frameworks
• Initiate and lead large-scale frontend initiatives, focusing on technical debt and performance improvements
• Communicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders to align tech solutions with business needs
