The Job

You will be part of our core engineering team of world-class software engineers, building a product with no equivalent. You’ll have the opportunity to learn and advance professionally by working with various technologies, spanning from low-level system programming for all major platforms, through distributed and cloud computing, to web development.

You must have a solid fundamental knowledge of software development. You must also have experience in software engineering best practices like agile development, automated testing, code reviews, continuous integration/continuous delivery, and test-driven development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop highly scalable fault-tolerant solutions.

  • Challenge technical decisions to build a better product

  • Actively develop and enhance the automation suite to maintain top-notch product quality.

  • Reproduce and learn complex usage scenarios and analyze their problems.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in TypeScript and JavaScript.

  • Strong understanding of Node.js and Browser as platforms. 

  • Experience in system and network programming, including OS fundamentals, processes, and I/O, with familiarity across both Windows and Unix-based systems.

  • Background in building services and SaaS architectures.

  • Solid knowledge of network protocols.

  • Experience in multithreading and parallelism experience.

  • Proficiency in algorithms and data structures.

  • Knowledge of C++ and Python is a plus.

  • Experience with cloud services in (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is beneficial.

  • Familiarity with Docker is a plus.

  • Strong grasp of software design principles and architecture.

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

The salary range provided for this position is an estimated guideline from a salary database. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, variable pay, and employee benefits. We consider a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, training, and skill sets; market conditions; and internal equity. Compensation ranges may also vary based on location.
