🎯 TLDR

We’re looking for an experienced full-stack engineer skilled in Python and Vue 3 with TypeScript. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience, strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a passion for building high-quality applications. An interest for tackling hard challenges and a collaborative approach to teamwork in a quality-driven environment are highly valued.

🤔 Who will you work with?

• We are a Croatian-American company, working on projects and products for clients as well as cool internal projects.
• We don’t want to be a typical dev agency chasing enormous growth. We work with a smaller number of clients who value us as partners and with whom we have long-term collaborations.
  (Read: We don’t work on multiple projects in parallel or constantly jump from project to project. We prefer projects with a high degree of freedom—where we can choose the tech stack and set up our own processes.)
• Our goal is to build a good team, where everyone knows each other, and the atmosphere is relaxed.
• Although we have an offices in Croatia and the USA, we have always been remote-first, using the office for socializing, coffee, brainstorming, knowledge sharing, etc. We strive to be as flexible as possible and respect our developers' time, allowing them to work where they feel most comfortable.

Requirements

A Senior Python and Vue.js developer with experience in:

• Python and Django, including Django REST Framework (DRF) for building APIs.
• Vue 3, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Storybook.
• Developing secure, scalable, and maintainable applications in production.

Experience with tools like AG Grid, PrimeVue, and Docker is also a plus.
