Job Description

As a Software Development Engineer I, you'll contribute to the Product & Tech Team, focusing on coding, debugging, and documentation.

Reporting to the Tech Lead, you’ll adhere to engineering standards and strive to become a valuable team member.

What you will do

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Ensure the web interfaces are fast, responsive, and optimized for all devices and browsers.
• Implement and maintain integrations between front-end interfaces and backend services.
• Work with RESTful APIs to connect applications like Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, JIRA and ensure data exchange between different systems.
• Should be able to develop application using language like .Net, Java
• Developing OOTB and custom Solution in application like ServiceNow, JIRA or Oracle
• Owning end to end delivery of Small to Medium size projects.
• Responsible for enhancements, support, and maintenance of features requests·
• Server administration including installation, configuration, performance tuning etc.
• Testing of new and existing functionality.
• Documentation of new and existing process.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of software development and administrator experience
• Prior Experience with at least one Enterprise Apps like JIRA, ServiceNow, Oralce HCM etc
• Development experience preferably with ASP.NET/ c#, SQL Server, Visual Studio, JavaScript frameworks e.g JQuery , angular.js, react.js etc
• Good understanding of Agile concepts
• An appreciation of supporting production systems and end users.
• Passion to work in Enterprise Tools area.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong analytical & debugging skills.
• Understanding of software development processes
• Hands-on Knowledge of MS SQL/MySQL databases
• Experience in using/extending REST Services for various web applications
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
