We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer (React.js) to take ownership of developing, maintaining, and scaling web applications. This role is ideal for someone passionate about frontend development, user experience, and mentoring a team while delivering high-quality solutions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development

• Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups into responsive and interactive web applications using React.js.
• Implement best practices to ensure a seamless user experience with optimal performance.

Code Optimization

• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Ownership

• Take full ownership of solutions from conceptualization to deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define success metrics and refine API ergonomics.

Mentorship

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Guide junior engineers in best practices and advanced React.js techniques.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in React.js and related libraries/frameworks.
• Deep understanding of modern web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• Experience in optimizing web applications for performance and scalability.
• Proven ability to take ownership of projects and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and modern build tools.
