ADA Compliance Focus

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design and develop user-centric interfaces for high-performance web applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create seamless and engaging user experiences while leveraging the latest front-end technologies and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, prototype, and develop user-centric interfaces for web applications to ensure exceptional user experiences.
  

• Build reusable and maintainable UI components using modern frameworks such as React and Next.js.
  

• Leverage artificial intelligence tools to expedite and enhance UI development workflows.
  

• Collaborate with product owners to translate business requirements into visually appealing, functional interfaces.
  

• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
  

• Optimize application performance for fast load times and smooth user interaction.
  

• Conduct code reviews, static code analysis, and performance tuning to maintain coding best practices and high standards.
  

• Work closely with backend developers to seamlessly integrate APIs and services into the user interface.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React and Next.js
  

• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
  

• Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards
  

• Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git)
  

• Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment and collaborate cross-functionally
  

• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for design and detail
