We are looking for a highly motivated Frontend Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the development team to design, develop, and maintain user-facing aspects of our web applications.

• Customize and enhance frontend modules and components as per project requirements.
• Gather, review, and analyze project requirements, ensuring seamless execution.
• Regularly update the project manager on task progress and challenges.
• Take complete ownership of the product, ensuring a bug-free and smooth user experience.
• Track tasks, manage time efficiently, and provide guidance on best technology approaches.
• Adhere to quality standards, including project documentation, code management, and best practices.
• Collaborate with peers on shared objectives and team-wide improvements.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and help implement new solutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in frontend development and product building.
• Strong understanding of web development best practices.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with React.js framework.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Ownership mindset—capable of handling tasks end-to-end, from requirement gathering to release.
• Strong architectural and design skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to debug performance bottlenecks using tools like Chrome DevTools, React DevTools, etc.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• A portfolio of past work is a plus.
