This role is part of Jellyfish Technology Solutions: a global team of 100+ engineers & product specialists within Jellyfish in charge of building our set of proprietary technologies & SaaS solutions like Reeport, Seelk, Myposeo, and Vivid.

Our mission is to build a suite of analytics, automation, and workflow software across the digital ecosystem to drive performance, consistency, or scalability. Our technologies include advertising automation, eCommerce analytics, generative AI, market share modeling, and more.

We are organised in 8 fully functional squads responsible for the delivery of our suites (Creative, Paid Media, eCommerce, Analytics…). In parallel, we have built three transverse teams to support the global squads: Customer Success Management, Cloud Engineering, and UX/UI.

    This is why we're looking for a passionate & curious person with the ambition to become a top of the class developer.

    To achieve this, we will teach you many of the best practices, patterns and concepts not usually taught in software engineering schools.

    The team you’ll be joining develops its software autonomously, where following software engineering best practices is the rule.

    You’ll be able to participate and/or speak at meet-ups with the Jellyfish Technology Solutions members to learn about development practices, absorb their knowledge and get to share your own work.

    You will discover the various lines of work around digital marketing by building software for our internal users and customers.

    This is also going to be an opportunity for you to understand the different aspects of web application development: product, backend & frontend development, cloud infrastructure, ...

    But your main role will be as a Frontend Software Engineer developer working on a React & Javascript stack.

    Qualifications

    Recommendations to be successful

    • Currently in the final year of a bachelor's or master's degree course in Engineering in software engineering or related field of study;
    • You have experience with one frontend programming language, React & Javascript is a plus;
    • You have a builder attitude & a passion for delivering value;
    • You have a product or customer-centric mindset;
    • You are excited to be part of an engineering team, collaborating and helping to build software that solves customer problems;
    • As our team is international, you are comfortable speaking and writing in English!
    • Experience with unit, integration or E2E testing is a plus;
