Responsibilities:

General:

  • Manage the software development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, analysis and review.
  • Prepare and implement solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
  • Analyse data to effectively coordinate the installation of new systems or the modification of existing systems.
  • Create innovative solutions to meet the needs of the company and clients.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance, support and enhancements in existing systems and platforms.
  • Improve system operations by conducting analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures.
  • Communicate with the team members to build cohesion amongst the team.
  • Effectively work as a member of the team alongside other developers to elevate the technology and consistently apply best practices.
  • Support DevOps activities and practices within the technology services area.
  • Complete documentation defined and required by the agile development methodology employed by the team.

Skills and experience:

  • Education and Professional Background
  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in software development and programming.

  • Frontend Development:
  • Proficiency with Angular 19
  • Experience with Redux for state management
  • Styling experience using SASS
  • Backend Development:
  • Strong experience with C# and .NET 8 (C# 12)
  • Knowledge of Web API, MediatR, and Entity Framework
