We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in React and Node.js to join our team and contribute to the development of AI powered chatbot applications. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying intelligent conversational agents that enhance user engagement and automate customer interactions. 

Job Description

•  Design, develop, and maintain chatbot applications using React (frontend) and Node.js (backend). 
•  Integrate AI/NLP models (OpenAI, Dialogflow, Rasa) to enhance chatbot functionalities. 
•  Develop RESTful and WebSocket APIs to support realtime interactions. 
•  Optimize application performance, security, and scalability. 
•  Work with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Firebase. 
•  Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create userfriendly chatbot interfaces. 
•  Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms (AWS/ Azure). 
•  Debug, troubleshoot, and continuously improve chatbot response accuracy. 

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience. 
•  Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with experience in React.js and Node.js. 
•  Handson experience with AI powered chatbots, NLP models, and thirdparty APIs. 
•  Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil). 
•  Strong knowledge of backend frameworks (Express.js, Nest.js). 
•  Experience with WebSockets and realtime messaging. 
•  Familiarity with database technologies (MongoDB, PostgreSQL). 
•  Understanding of microservices architecture and cloud deployment. 
•  Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless architectures is a plus. 
•  Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment. 
• Knowledge of chatbot analytics and user behavior tracking. 
•  Understanding of authentication & security best practices (OAuth, JWT).
