FULL STACK DEVELOPER (React/NodeJS)

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong focus and proficiency in backend development (preferably 80% backend and 20% Frontend) to join our team. You will have particular experience in developing, optimizing and maintaining server-side logic, APIs and database management. This role will involve research, design, implementation, maintenance and testing and will generally contribute to the full development cycle, from concept to implementation, to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet our needs and our client's standards. This role requires a minimum of three years of recent experience in full-stack development and expertise in AWS services, serverless architecture, real-time data processing and advanced skills in Node.js, TypeScript, and Java.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Researching, designing, managing software programs. 

• Testing and evaluating new programs. 

• Modifying software to fix errors, improve its performance. 

• Deploying software tools, processes and metrics. Directing software programming and documentation development. 

• Writing and implementing code. 

• Preparing reports on programming project specifications, activities, or status. 

• Consulting with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, including: ● Frontend: Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.) and HTML/CSS ● Backend: Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript. 

• Cloud Computing: Minimum 2 years of experience with AWS services, including: ○ Serverless: AWS Lambda 

○ Database: AWS DynamoDB 

○ Storage: AWS S3 

○ Messaging: AWS SNS, AWS SQS 

• ○ Data Streaming: AWS Kinesis (Data Streams, Data Firehose, Data Analytics) 

•  Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experience with tools like AWS CDK, AWS CloudFormation or Terraform 

• Database Technologies: Experience with both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., DynamoDB) databases 

• CI/CD: Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI)

DESIRABLE AND PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• AWS SDK and CDK: Experience working with AWS SDKs and CDK for infrastructure automation RESTful API design and development 

• Data Streaming: Deep understanding of Kinesis data streams, data firehose, and data analytics Database Replication 

• Microservices Architecture: Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy microservices-based applications 

• Object-Oriented Programming and Functional Programming. 

• Operating Systems as Linux/unix and windows 

• Experience with hybrid (cloud/on premises) integration architecture patterns is highly desirable.

•  Desirable conversational English (B2/C1)
