Now Hiring: Full-Stack Engineer to join our client's team. Our client is an AI-powered sales coaching platform that provides real-time, customized feedback to refine call strategies. The product aligns with sales playbooks, delivering actionable insights to improve performance, accelerate feedback loops, and identify deal risks early—without disrupting workflows.

🧑‍🚀 Who are we looking for?

• 5+ years of JavaScript development experience

• Ability to develop by using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, PostgreSQL

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a commitment to ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard

• Ability to understand and deliver on project requirements, demonstrating a proactive attitude toward challenges

• Proficiency in prompt engineering, with the ability to leverage OpenAI’s API to optimize outputs for quality and human-like responses

• Experience working at a venture-backed startup

• Previous experience at a US-based large tech company

• Full working proficiency in English

• Flexibility to work US hours or adjust your schedule (located within a 3-hour time difference from PT)
