Job Description                                                   

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Technical Lead to join our team and drive the development of innovative web applications. As a Full Stack Technical Engineer, you will work closely with team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using .NET and Angular. You will play a crucial role in architectural decisions, code reviews, and ensuring best practices are followed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development team in designing and implementing web applications using .NET and Angular.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and decisions to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high performance and reliability of applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.

Mandatory skills and skill proficiencies required

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in .NET and Angular 8.
  • Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL databases, and cloud services (e.g., Azure).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Optional skills and skill proficiencies

  • Experience with other front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js). Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
  • Deep understanding of AI agentic solution to scope of work

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is [$ 76,200 - $178,920 /yr]. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full-time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
