In this role, you will be responsible for providing technicalsupport and troubleshooting for our web applications while ensuring seamless userexperiences.
Key Responsibilities:Technical Support:● Provide Level 3 support for web applications built with React and Node.js, addressing complex technical issues and resolving them efficiently.● Collaborate with the development team to understand application architecture andfunctionality, facilitating effective troubleshooting and problems resolution.Problem Solving:● Identify and analyze technical challenges reported by users and stakeholders,implementing effective solutions.● Collaborate with the QAs to ensure issues are documented and tracked, and participate in root cause analysis for recurring problems.Continuous Improvement:● Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in web development and support best practices,applying this knowledge to enhance our support capabilities and technology stack.
Qualifications and Skills:● Proven experience as a Support Analyst or similar role, with expertise in React, Node.js, and Typescript.● Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolvetechnical issues effectively.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying technicalinformation to non-technical stakeholders.● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive team culture.
