Scope:

• As a React Lead Engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading the development of our front-end applications.
• You will collaborate closely with back-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.

Our current technical environment:

• Software: React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
• Tools and Methodologies: Agile, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), Code Review, Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Cloud Platforms: Azure (preferred)
• Domain Knowledge: Supply Chain Management (preferred)

What you’ll do:

• Lead the front-end development efforts by designing and developing highly responsive web applications using React.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and services into the front-end applications.
• Advocate for best practices in front-end development, including component architecture, state management, and performance optimization.
• Develop and maintain reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in their development.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development to ensure the team's methods and tools are up to date.

What we are looking for:

• 7.5-10 Years of strong experience in front-end development with a focus on React.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience in developing and maintaining scalable and efficient front-end architectures.
• Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
• Knowledge of back-end technologies (Java) is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure.
• Strong understanding of front-end build tools and modern development workflows (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms, particularly as they relate to front-end performance optimization.
• Experience with UI/UX design principles, including responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ability to implement complex UI designs while ensuring code maintainability.
