Objective:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Tech Lead to lead a development team on cutting-edge projects. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for making key technology decisions, designing and leading the architecture of our systems, and guiding developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where emerging technologies and technical challenges will be an important part of your day-to-day work.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technical development teams in the planning, design, development, and deployment of applications and services.
• Develop and maintain scalable and robust architectures using AWS, Node.js, and React.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Implement and promote best software development practices, including Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
• Act as a mentor and guide for team members, fostering professional growth and continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, providing effective and efficient solutions.
• Ensure code quality through thorough reviews and testing.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or in a similar role.
• Advanced experience with AWS, including services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and more.
• Strong knowledge of Node.js and experience in backend application development.
• Experience in developing user interfaces with React.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-based development.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
