Please note that not all of our engagements are 100% remote. Many of our current client projects require consultants on-site in London one or more days per week.

Requirements

We are currently looking for an experienced, collaborative Lead Full Stack (Node/TypeScript) developer to create bespoke software development solutions for our clients. The responsibilities span all phases of the software development lifecycle, working in small agile teams. This role is a consultative position so will require excellent communication skills, collaborative style and a genuine focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Working with dedicated client team to provide software solutions to a financial services client
• Being the go-to person on the team for development
• Work directly with clients to identify current and future requirements
• Ensure high standards of code quality are met through measures such as peer review and appropriate testing
• Collaborate closely with the Digiterre team and external stakeholders to maintain Digiterre's reputation for quality and service
• Best practice coaching
• Code reviews

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience as a senior full-stack developer with NodeJS, TypeScript, HTML, modern CSS styling
• Experience building native WebComponents
• Experience with AWS
• Experience with GraphQL
• Unit testing with experience of TDD, using libraries such as Jest & JUnit. Familiarity with BDD is beneficial
• Experience with event streaming platforms such as Kafka
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Git source control
• Experience developing interactive dashboards and reporting UIs
