Job Description

Project – the aim you’ll have  

We’re rewriting an e-shop for one of the biggest office supplies providers in the United States – the Client’s services are used by 300,000 companies.

The e-shop is used by millions of users and sees over 1,000 concurrent visitors during peak times. The biggest challenge is that the e-shop is highly customizable and can be tailored to each customer separately (in terms of available products, prices, etc.). 

Our international team consists of 10 developers (a mix of front-end and back-end specialists) from Poland and the US and works in an Agile way (similar to SCRUM but with fewer meetings 😉). For project management and boards the team uses Azure DevOps. 

Position – how you’ll contribute 

• Developing core functionalities 
• Creating architecture for developed features 
• Taking ownership of developed features 
• Writing new functionalities (around 80% of your time)  
• Maintaining the application and fixing bugs (around 20% of your time) 

Qualifications

Expectations – the experience you need

• 5+ years experience in front-end development (React + Redux programming). 
• Good knowledge of latest React development techniques (e.g., hooks). 
• Strong ownership mindset. 
• Ability to write and speak English: at least at a B2 level.
