About the Job

We are seeking a React Developer to join our team building a cutting-edge mental healthcare platform. You will be responsible for developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. Bonus if you have a strong background in AI/ML for our intake platform being developed. This job is a 1099 (independent contractor) role that requires at least 5-15 per week.

What You’ll Do:

• Developing new user-facing features using React.js
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Collaborating with the product and design teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
• Participating in all phases of the development lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
• Writing and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

Requirements

• At least 1 year of front-end software developing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in related field required
• Strong knowledge of React.js
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in front-end architecture, including performance optimization, accessibility, and usability
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
