Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain reusable, efficient, and performant React components for web applications.
Collaborate with business analysts, back-end developers, and product/project managers to deliver features that meet user and business needs.
Optimize React components for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Ensure high-quality code through best practices, peer reviews, and adherence to coding standards.
Write and maintain unit and integration tests using tools like Jest or React Testing Library.
Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring smooth user experiences.
Maintain clear and concise documentation for components, workflows, and processes.
2-4 years of experience in front-end development with React.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
Experience with RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of modern front-end tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, Vite).
Testing experience with frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience with TypeScript.
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) to create inclusive, user-friendly applications.
