Key Accountabilities

• Front-End Application Engineering:
• Develop and maintain high-quality React components and applications that meet project requirements and design specifications
• Implement responsive, accessible user interfaces that work seamlessly across different devices and browsers
• Build front-end solutions that effectively consume API services and integrate with back-end systems
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following established coding standards and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal application performance and user experience


• Collaborative Engineering:
• Work closely with senior engineers, back-end developers, product managers, and other team members to deliver integrated solutions
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Contribute to code reviews, pair programming sessions, and technical discussions to improve code quality and share knowledge
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and multi-national teams to achieve project goals
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Knowledge and Experience

• 3+ years of practical experience in front-end development, with solid React proficiency
• Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals and modern ES6+ features
• Experience with component-based architecture and state management solutions (Redux, Context API, React Query)
• Practical experience with APIs and how to integrate them in front-end applications
• Practical experience with modern React frameworks, particularly Next.js
• Practical experience with front-end build tools and module bundlers (Webpack, Vite)
• Practical experience with front-end testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
• Working knowledge of responsive design and CSS 
• Experience working in agile development environments with a focus on collaborative team dynamics
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multi-national team setting.
