We are looking for a skilled and creative UI Developer to join our agile development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing web pages for a cloud-based customer experience platform. You will collaborate closely with software engineers, QA managers, and customer success teams to deliver seamless and engaging user interfaces.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and structure web pages to provide an intuitive and user-friendly experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user experience informs design choices.
• Develop new features that enhance user interaction and satisfaction.
• Maintain a balance between functionality and visual aesthetics.
• Implement responsive design techniques to ensure optimal performance on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Write clean, reusable code for scalable and maintainable web applications.
• Optimize web pages for speed, performance, and scalability.
• Use various markup languages efficiently to build web interfaces.
• Ensure brand consistency across all UI elements and design implementations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular.
• Experience in creating responsive and adaptive web designs.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices as they relate to UI/UX development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in an agile environment.
• 5 to 7 years of professional experience in UI development.
