Job Summary
We are looking for a React.js Frontend Developer to join our fast-paced, high-performance
engineering team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on live, user-facing
applications and be comfortable handling real-time updates, debugging complex UI issues,
and integrating APIs seamlessly.
You will play a key role in improving our WebApp & Mobile Hybrid platform, ensuring
scalability, performance, and UI consistency, while actively collaborating with backend
engineers, designers, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop & Maintain WebApp Features: Implement high-quality, responsive UI
components using React.js & Next.js.
● Real-Time Debugging & Performance Optimization: Work on complex UI/UX
debugging and ensure smooth user interactions.
● API Integration & State Management: Work with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Redux,
Zustand, or React Query for efficient data handling.
● Cross-Browser & Cross-Platform Testing: Ensure seamless compatibility across
different browsers and devices.
● Live System Support: Quickly diagnose and fix issues in production while ensuring
minimal downtime.
● Component-Based Architecture: Build reusable components and maintain
modular, scalable code.

● Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with backend engineers, designers, and
product managers to deliver high-impact features.
Version Control & CI/CD: Utilize Git, Bitbucket, and CI/CD pipelines for efficient
Deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Proficiency:
● Strong experience in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+).
● Solid understanding of React Hooks, Context API, Zustand, Redux Toolkit.
● Experience in component-based architecture & reusable UI development.
● Deep understanding of CSS-in-JS frameworks like Tailwind CSS, Emotion, or
Styled Components.
● Experience with SSR & SSG in Next.js for better performance optimization
API Integration: Working with RESTful APIs & GraphQL.
● Performance Optimization: Knowledge of Lighthouse, Webpack, Lazy Loading,
Memoization.
● Testing: Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress.
● Version Control: Git, Bitbucket, GitHub, GitLab.

Soft Skills & Work Ethic:
● Ability to handle live projects with high-traffic & real-time debugging.
● Strong problem-solving skills & experience working in agile environments.
● Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver on tight deadlines.
● Effective communication & teamwork skills.
● Adaptability to new tools & frameworks.
Nice-to-Have Skills (Preferred, but not mandatory)
● Experience with React Native (good for mobile WebView features).
● Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) with Next.js.
● Experience with GraphQL & Apollo Client.
● Understanding of WebSockets for real-time data updates.
● Experience with Figma/Adobe XD for UI collaboration.
