We are seeking a passionate and skilled Frontend Developer to join our Digital Engineering team, responsible for developing and enhancing client-facing features while ensuring high-quality digital experiences. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders and involvement throughout the software development lifecycle.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop, test, roll out, and support new client-facing features in collaboration with product owners and stakeholders.

• Shape and implement a consumer-grade Digital Experience with a focus on code quality, automation, and testability.

• Engage in the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment and support.

• Work closely with product owners, business teams, and operational users in a collaborative environment.

• Continuously improve engineering practices, ensuring high-quality technology solutions.

• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.

• Demonstrate strong communication skills and enthusiasm for tackling engineering challenges.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience using a modern UI programming language (JavaScript/TypeScript)
• Experience building modern UI products using React
• Proven ability to work across different teams and deliver complex products with multiple stakeholders
• BS. or higher in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Node, Webpack, MobX, Redux
• Experience with Microservice architectures and REST API
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/Oracle) and NoSQL (Dynamo/Mongo DB)
• Experience with Java
• Experience in Financial Services or Fintech
• Practical experience with containers is a plus
• Comfort with Agile operating models (practical experience of Scrum / Kanban)
