Must Have:

• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) with the ability to effectively communicate in a professional environment.
• Highly effective, positive, and empathetic teammate with a problem-solving mindset.
• 4+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on React and Next.js.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Eager to learn new technologies and deliver high-quality, simple, and effective software.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Nest.js, TypeScript, or Postgres.
