Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a dynamic Senior Angular Developer to lead a team of skilled developers in delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring that projects align with business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget. The Lead Angular Developer will mentor junior developers, stay abreast of Angular advancements, and share best practices, contributing significantly to our organizational goals.

Software Requirements

  • Required Software Skills:

    • Extensive experience with Angular and TypeScript.
    • Proficiency in web development technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
    • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Preferred Software Skills:

    • Familiarity with related frameworks and libraries such as RxJS and NgRx.
    • Experience with build tools like Webpack and task runners like Gulp or Grunt.

Overall Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Angular developers to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering technical and professional growth.
  • Stay current with new Angular development technologies and methodologies, sharing insights and best practices with the team.

Experience Requirements

Qualifications
