We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in building scalable and reliable solutions, leveraging modern web technologies and cloud infrastructure. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

The impact you'll make:

• Design and implement responsive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks like React.
• Design, develop, and maintain back-end APIs using Node.js, PHP and GraphQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web and mobile solutions.
• Solve technical challenges independently by engaging with stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure the quality of our codebase.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

What you'll bring to us:

• +6/7 years of experience in software development.
• Experience with Node.js, Javascript, React.js, Restful APIs, and AWS.
• Expertise in building robust, performant components with an emphasis on semantics and accessibility.
• Strong client-side skills, with a deep understanding of native browser APIs.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and serverless technologies (e.g., AWS Lambda).
• Experience with automated testing tools (unit, integration and E2E).
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment.
• Familiarity with best practice in logging, monitoring and observability.
• Skills in efficiently debugging and resolving complex bugs. 
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to stakeholders and team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong sense of accountability for team delivery and shaping priorities.
• Proven ability to contribute to an inclusive organisational culture.
