We are looking for a highly experienced frontend engineer with a strong architectural background to join our marketing tech team as a frontend tech lead. In this role, you will be responsible for refactoring existing solutions, implementing new ones, and leading the various engineering efforts. This team focuses on the entire user journey up to the actual vehicle history report (but not including it). If you have extensive experience in architecting scalable frontend solutions and a passion for optimizing user experiences, we want you to be part of our team.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and refactoring of our frontend systems to ensure scalability, robustness, and high performance.
  • Integrate the latest frontend technologies and frameworks to enhance the user journey and overall experience.
  • Ensure seamless integration with our content management system, enabling efficient content updates and management by the marketing team.
  • Translate marketing needs into effective technical solutions, enhancing the user journey up to the delivery of our core service.

Requirements

Expected experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience with React development;
  • At least 7 years of experience in Front-end development;
  • Extensive React experience, Next.js App Router experience is a big plus, we also use React Query, Zustand, Tailwind, Zod, React Hook Form, RTL and Playwright.
  • Ownership mindset and willingness to improve the product.
  • A portfolio of projects showcasing a range of applications from small to large-scale, demonstrating the ability to handle different challenges.
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into business solutions and vice versa.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Gross salary from 6000 EUR/per month.
We are open to negotiation - the final offer will depend on your competences.
