You'll work with a group of enthusiastic problem solvers who work collaboratively in cross-functional teams across Catalyst projects and client accounts.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance mobile and web applications.
• Work with modern tech stacks including React Native, React, Redux, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with clients in a professional services environment, understanding their needs and delivering tailored technical solutions.
• Lead the charge in functional programming and best practices, leveraging pure functions, high-order components, and composition.
• Implement testing best practices using Jest, TDD, and CI/CD pipelines (GitOps, Bitrise).
• Partner with cross-functional teams including UX designers, project managers, and other engineers to deliver seamless experiences.
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing emerging technologies to enhance our solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong expertise in React Native & JavaScript/TypeScript – You know the nuances of mobile and web development like the back of your hand.
• Experience supporting customers in a professional services environment – You understand how to deliver high-quality software solutions in client-facing projects.
• Proficiency in mobile app deployment (iOS & Android) – You’re familiar with App Store/Play Store submission processes.
• Deep understanding of modern frontend development – React Hooks, Redux, Sagas, Babel, Webpack, and CSS preprocessors (SASS, SCSS, Less).
• Passion for quality – You follow best practices in testing, TDD, and software documentation.
• Agile mindset – You’re adaptable, work well in cross-functional teams, and thrive in an iterative development environment.
• A collaborative problem solver – You love whiteboard sessions, prototyping, and finding the best solutions for complex problems.
