WHAT YOU’LL DO
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Frontend Engineer with expertise in React, to join our dynamic development team.
1. Frontend Development & Code Ownership
Build and maintain scalable, modular, and performant React applications.
Translate complex business requirements and UI/UX designs into functional frontend code.
Own and lead key features or vertical slices of the frontend architecture.
2. Initiative Leadership
Identify technical gaps and proactively drive frontend improvement initiatives (e.g., performance optimization, design system adoption, accessibility, code hygiene).
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance in code reviews and design discussions.
3. Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with designers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of UI/UX.
Collaborate with backend and API teams to define and consume contract interfaces.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders to provide progress updates and surface risks.
4. Quality and Best Practices
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Promote and enforce frontend best practices, including responsive design, accessibility (a11y), performance monitoring, and testing strategies (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
Participate in and lead code reviews to ensure high code quality.
5. Technical Growth & Innovation
Stay updated with the latest trends in the React and frontend ecosystem (e.g., Next.js, React Server Components, Suspense).
Evaluate new technologies and propose solutions to improve developer experience and application performance.
Take ownership of tooling improvements (e.g., bundler optimization, CI/CD pipelines, testing workflows).

WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with…
4–8 years of experience building modern frontend applications using React.js.
Deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid, CSS-in-JS, or Tailwind).
Experience working with state management tools (Redux, Recoil, Zustand, Context API).
Familiarity with performance tuning, lazy loading, code splitting, and SEO fundamentals.
Exposure to frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite), testing frameworks, and version control (Git).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
