About This Role

As a Senior Software Engineer (React/Node.js) at Corzent, you will take ownership of key parts of our product development lifecycle, working on both front-end and back-end technologies. You’ll collaborate closely with team members to build scalable, high-quality web applications and actively contribute to technical discussions, architecture decisions, and mentoring junior developers.

As a Senior Software Engineer, your key objectives will be to:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React.js and Node.js.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code with a focus on performance and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and help maintain code quality across the team.
• Contribute to improving our internal processes, best practices, and development standards.
• Take part in architectural and design decisions under the guidance of the Technical Lead.
• Troubleshoot production issues and identify areas for performance optimization.
• Mentor and support junior developers to help them grow in their roles.

We Are Looking For Individuals Who Have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack JavaScript development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, responsive UI development, and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with Git, version control, and Agile/Scrum workflows.
• Ability to work independently while also thriving in team-based environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
