We are seeking a Tech Lead/Full-stack Engineer with a strong focus on backend development in Golang to help scale and evolve our global Voice Platform. This platform empowers enterprises and partners to manage telephony infrastructure worldwide.
As a Tech Lead, you will play a key role in leading technical decision-making, mentoring engineers, and driving the development of scalable backend services. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver full-stack features that bring real value to our global customer base.

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance backend services, APIs, and data pipelines using Golang and other modern technologies.
Own architectural decisions and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with business needs.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to deliver impactful full-stack features.
Contribute to frontend development using React or other modern UI frameworks when needed.
Drive code quality through code reviews, testing strategies, and mentoring of junior engineers.
Support agile planning, including grooming, estimations, and technical breakdown of user stories.
Ensure observability of systems through logging, metrics, and alerting.
Promote and enforce engineering best practices across the team.
2+ years of experience in a leadership or technical mentorship role, ideally as a Tech Lead
8+ years of software engineering experience, including full-stack development with modern technologies.
5+ years of experience in Golang
3+ years of experience with React
Knowledge of SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend architecture patterns.
Comfortable operating in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
