About This Role

As a Technical Lead (React/Node.js) at Corzent, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of JavaScript engineers, owning the architecture and development of full-stack applications using modern technologies like React, Node.js, and MongoDB or SQL. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to build high-performance, scalable solutions that delight users and exceed client expectations.

As a Technical Lead, your key objectives will be to:

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
• Architect and build scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using Node.js and React.
• Define and enforce coding standards, development best practices, and DevOps principles.
• Work with product and design teams to shape features from ideation to delivery.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to hands-on coding to ensure code quality.
• Optimize backend services and front-end performance for high availability and responsiveness.
• Maintain and design efficient database structures (SQL or NoSQL depending on the solution).
• Proactively resolve bottlenecks and technical blockers that slow down team velocity.
• Ensure projects meet quality, security, and compliance standards. 

We Are Looking For Individuals Who Have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in JavaScript/TypeScript-based full-stack development.
• Expertise in Node.js, Express, React.js, and RESTful API design.
• Proficiency in database design and development (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and modern front-end workflows.
• Experience with Git, agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and project planning
• Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
