As a QA Engineer, you will debug software products using systematic tests to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for Ten-X products. Develops, modifies, and executes software test plans, automated scripts and programs for testing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software
  • Provide test progress to stakeholders throughout the sprint 
  • Perform testing of web applications to ensure that product meets requirements 
  • Find and report bugs with detailed steps to reproduce so that development team can squash them quickly. 
  • Work closely with the team in gathering acceptance criteria and break the user stories into relevant, accurate, detailed and sizeable user stories 
  • Review Acceptance criteria and user stories and develop functional and non-functional test cases. 
  • Work with development and product team to write robust functional and non-functional tests 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of software engineering quality experience
  • Experience with entire Software Development Life Cycle and Test Cycles (Unit, Regression, Functional, Systems, Performance, User Acceptance)
  • Understanding of modern web application development, continuous integration, and deployment processes
  • Coding experience in Typescript/JavaScript, Java, C#
  • Experience in automated test development in Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber or similar tools
  • Experience using defect tracking applications (Azure DevOps, Jira)
  • Experience with Performance Tools like K6, JMeter, BlazeMeter

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Experience in building new automation test frameworks in Selenium, Cypress, Playwright
  • Experience in Agile environment
  • Experience in testing cloud, web and responsive mobile applications
  • General troubleshooting log experience (Datadog, Splunk)
  • API testing (Playwright, Postman, ReadyAPI)
  • Experience in automated API test development

This position offers a base salary range of $77,000-$137,500, based on relevant skills and experience and includes a generous benefits plan
