JOB DESCRIPTION
Our partner is looking for an inspired Frontend Developer.. In this role you will be ensuring that our backend services remain scalable, secure and performant. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, technical teams, QA, customer support, and customer relationship management, to ensure the smooth functioning of the application, enabling seamless user experiences and reliable web performance.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain user-friendly and performant web applications using modern frontend frameworks such as React JS or Vue.JS (experience with Vue.JS is a significant plus).
- Utilize browser APIs and leverage their capabilities to enhance user experiences and optimize application performance.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups, to deliver high-quality software within specified timelines.
- Apply frontend problem-solving skills to tackle technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and propose innovative solutions.
- Write clean, modular, and maintainable code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with the QA team to develop and maintain frontend automation tests, ensuring code quality and application stability (frontend automation testing experience is a plus).
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in frontend technologies, and actively contribute innovative ideas to improve our development processes and tools.
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and mentorship opportunities to enhance the skills and growth of the team.

Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in frontend development, with a decent understanding of frontend technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Curiosity and motivation for frontend development and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Proficiency in frontend problem-solving, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Experience with Vue.js is a significant plus, demonstrating the ability to build scalable and performant Vue.JS applications.
- Experience working in a product company or owning a particular product is a plus, indicating an understanding of product-focused development processes.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with modern frontend frameworks and libraries.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Understanding of version control systems, preferably Git, and experience collaborating with other developers using Git workflows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a strong desire to learn and stay updated on emerging frontend technologies and industry trends.
