The Senior Product Developer plays a role in the build and delivery of remarkable products, they will champion software quality and technical vision for AND and our clients, work on large-scale projects and help junior and mid developers grow in their roles.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Solid development experience in the frontend. specifically with React and general TypeScript. Wider experience in different frontend tools and frameworks across the stack.
• Solid development experience in a backend technology. Java ideally, but open to Node.js or Python.
• Knowledge of AWS or another cloud product set (e.g. GCP or Azure) a bonus.
• An enthusiasm for broadening your skillset and learning new technologies
• Commercial experience working with agile methodologies.
• Experience dealing with challenges from stakeholders on technical issues and influencing technical decisions in the team.
• Understanding of test-driven development practices.
• Experience of writing effective documentation and knowledge sharing.
