Job description As a Tech Lead, you’ll manage a team of developers while also being hands-on with the development of our SaaS products. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing leadership with technical challenges.
Your main missions will be:70% hands-on fullstack development (NextJS/React)30% leadership (team management, mentoring, code reviews)Drive the design and implementation of new featuresEnsure best coding practices and team productivityWork closely with customer support on technical issuesCollaborate with the Product ManagerReport to the CTO
Key resultsWithin 1 month: onboarded and contributing to product developmentWithin 6 months: played a pivotal role in scaling and optimizing our products
Preferred Experience:8+ years of JavaScript development (NextJS/React)Experience leading technical teamsStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomouslyFluent in both French and EnglishBonus: Experience in a B2B SaaS startup
