Job Description

As a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer at Bilue, you will be instrumental in driving the development of high-performance applications that integrate with multiple platforms. You will lead the design and architecture of backend systems, while also overseeing the frontend development with React, ensuring seamless data flow and integration across the application. Your expertise will drive the transformation and management of data, ensuring high-quality code and scalable solutions, while mentoring and leading an agile team focused on delivering high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and design integrations with external platforms (Zendesk, Intercom, Apple App Store, HubSpot, Pendo), focusing on efficiently pulling, storing, and analyzing high-volume feedback data.

• Architect and oversee the backend development, ensuring database management, data transformation, and storage systems are scalable and maintain smooth data flow across multiple systems.

• Drive the development of robust and efficient APIs to support integrations, ensuring seamless communication between various platforms and the business.

• Contribute to and guide the frontend development using React, ensuring that data presented is meaningful, user-friendly, and aligns with business needs.

• Lead data integration efforts, ensuring external data sources and APIs are properly leveraged to enhance system performance and connectivity.

• Mentor and guide the development team, promoting best practices for clean code, performance optimization, and consistent code reviews to maintain high-quality software.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals, advocating for scalability, efficiency, and innovation.

• Ensure the team follows agile methodologies, optimizing workflows for rapid delivery while maintaining a high standard of technical excellence.

Qualifications

About You

• You bring 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on Typescript, React, and backend integrations, and 2+ years of technical leadership experience.
• You have extensive experience working with relational databases and have led data transformation and integration tasks at scale, ensuring seamless, efficient systems.
• You have a proven track record of designing and implementing complex API integrations and managing high-volume data from multiple external sources.
• You excel in leading teams and thrive in fast-paced, agile greenfield project environments, ensuring rapid and high-quality delivery while maintaining technical excellence.
• Your strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the business are key to your success in driving cross-functional projects and aligning technical solutions with strategic goals.
