Job Title: AWS Cloud DevOps Engineer with ReactJS and Node Focus

Job Location: Mclean VA

Required Schedule (on-site/Remote/Hybrid): Remote

Job Overview: Deploy and operate cloud-based instances of multiple ReactJS and Node JS based applications. Utilize Kubernetes based deployment infrastructures to deploy and manage applications. Deploy applications for multiple clients; and operate clients in development, testing and production environments across multiple clients. Serves as the owner of the application configuration, deployment methodologies and database configuration. Suggests and updates deployment and operational posture, to increase uptime and application availability. Works with the development team to request features that will aid in improving operational posture of the deployed application. Manages multiple AWS instances for the application.

Responsibilities:

•          Deploy ReactJS Applications

•          Deploy NodeJS microservices

•          Manage PostGreSQL instances

•          Monitor and alert on deployed applications

•          Resolve operational issues within AWS instances
