We are looking for a MEAN full stack developer and AWS technologies with 6 to 10 years of experience in building high-performing , scalable, enterprise-grade applications. Responsible for overseeing Application systems , design, data workflow, logical processes, and system interfaces. Determine and develop architectural approaches and solutions, conduct business reviews, document current systems, and develop recommendations on how to proceed with the applications. Responsible for ensuring optimal application and system performance.

Key areas of responsibility

● Senior MEAN stack developers are responsible for the entire application development cycle and guide junior developers.

● Breakdown tickets to onshore or offshore team members. Applies the principles of engineering to the design, development, maintenance, testing and evaluation.

● Provide and Adopt best query optimization techniques for MongoDB

● Able to leverage AWS services in existing and new applications

● Identify and fix the application's bottleneck in P1 situations

● Hold responsibility for application design: actively participate in architecture discussions, prepare and visualize own solutions, assess the design suggested by team members.

● Identify and execute creative techniques to make difficult design challenges easier to understand

● Resolve a variety of high impact problems through in-depth investigation and evaluation of highly complex business processes

● Help in decomposing requirements tickets to onshore and offshore team members.

● Work with teams to resolve issue happening in production and non-production environment

● Provide level of effort estimates for Epics / tasks during sprint planning

● Communicate, explain and reason technical decisions to stakeholders and team members

● Help in deployment of any tasks.

● Make sure the code coverage is 90% and above. Must be detail-oriented when needed in order to ensure maximum use case coverage, error handling, and exception scenarios.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications for this Role

● Bachelor's Degree

● Typically Minimum 8+ years relevant experience

● Proven working experience in the MEAN stack

● Hands-on experience in developing applications and troubleshooting

● Excellent knowledge in AWS and MONGODB

● Experience in test-driven development
