Must-haves: The position is for a Full-Stack engineer with proven and extensive experience with React front-end. They will be required to write in JavaScript using React. They must know CSS and HTML extensively and have the ambition and willingness to work on more than just the front-end efforts. So, API development experience is also required for this position.

Summary of Skills:

Must-Have Technical Skills:

• Highly proficient inJavaScript and modern React.js concepts (functional components, context, hooks).
• Experience with secure coding practices, including mitigation of common vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10).
• Proficient in testing and debugging, including unit, integration, and performance testing.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks using monitoring and logging tools.
• Deep understanding of software design patterns and scalable architecture principles, particularly in React applications:
• Component composition and reusability (Higher-Order Components, Render Props, Compound Components).
• State management strategies (React Context).
• Performance optimizations (memoization, virtualization, lazy loading, and minimizing re-renders).
• Scalable front-end structures and modularization.
• API integration best practices (RESTful)

Soft Skills:

• Strong English communication skills, with an emphasis onconcise, effective, and audience-oriented messaging.
• Experience mentoring and sharing knowledge within the team.
• Works collaboratively to diagnose and resolve issues with teammates.
• Strong sense of productivity, urgency, and prioritization.
• Ability to align work with broader product and business objectives.
• Proactive in contributing ideas and promoting code quality and best practices.
• Trustworthy and capable of self-management in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

• StrongSQL skills (PostgreSQL preferred but not required).
• Experience with tools such as: Google Cloud Platform (Logging, alerting, and dashboards for application monitoring) and Sentry (Error tracking and issue resolution).
• Experience with GraphQL.
• Experience with Node.js.
