What we’re looking for:

We are seeking an experienced and mission-driven Senior Mobile Developer to be part of our Phoenix's first mobile team! You’ll collaborate closely with our cofounders and cross-functional teams to create intuitive, impactful mobile experiences for patients and physicians. This role will involve translating complex healthcare workflows into user-friendly, scalable mobile solutions. We're looking for the type of mobile dev that enjoys problem-solving, thrives on collaboration, and takes pride in delivering polished, meaningful products.


What you’ll do:

  • Be the leader of the design, architecture, and building process for cross-platform mobile applications using React Native

  • Collaborate with the product, design, and development teams to create seamless user experiences for both patient- and physician-facing interfaces

  • Translate complex healthcare workflows into intuitive and user-friendly mobile experiences

  • Take ownership of feature development from concept to deployment

  • Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code with a focus on performance and usability

  • Lead and determine architectural decisions and mobile strategy

  • Lead sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions regarding cross-platform mobile applications

  • Advocate for mobile best practices, accessibility, and performance improvements

  • Help shape our development culture by mentoring peers and sharing knowledge

What you’ll bring:

  • 8+ years of professional software development experience

  • 3+ years of professional hands-on experience with React Native

  • Strong understanding of mobile design principles

  • Experience integrating mobile apps with backend API services

  • Experience with Expo
