We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js and React.js to join our dynamic development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences and high performance. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable full-stack applications using Node.js and React.js.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices in software engineering, including unit testing and code reviews.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues across the stack.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and APIs as needed.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, design discussions, and code refactoring efforts.
• Mentor junior developers and support knowledge-sharing within the team.
• Keep up with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve development workflows and product quality.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–6 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong focus on Node.js and React.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript (preferred).
• Solid understanding of frontend technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with JSON.
• Familiarity with backend development including asynchronous programming, Express.js, and database integration (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar).
• Knowledge of state management tools like Redux or Context API.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Bonus: Experience with server-side rendering (Next.js), microservices, containerization (Docker), or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
