About the Role

We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer working with our user friendly mobile app. You will lead initiatives to design, build and deliver major mobile features in the highest quality standards, in a fast-paced environment, working with the latest frameworks, technologies and test driven development.

Actively support the implementation of continuous integration to improve deployment processes in line with delivery/release evolution plans.

Work in a design-driven environment which will mean interacting closely with team members and product managers to influence features and ideas on how to make the product serve the needs of users at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Engineering degree or equivalent
• At least 4+ years of experience in front-end development, where you have developed a react-native project using typescript
• You have experience with expo and their libraries
• In-depth knowledge of Typescript, CSS, HTML, React, and React Native
• A complete understanding of the full mobile app development lifecycle
• You have an understanding of the deployment process in Google Play and App Store
• Understanding of REST APIs
• Ability to write well-documented, test driven and clean code

Good to have

• You have worked with Sentry or a related bug tracking system
• You have had experience in taking charge of a given project
  
• Experience in Swift or Java for native module development for react native
• You have worked with Google Wallet and/or Apple Wallet
